SEEING YOUR LIFE THROUGH THE LENS OF THE GOSPELS
Matthew 7 21-27
Some people speak fine words but may not be so ready to back these up with action.  What difference has it made to you when fine words were accompanied with sharing time, energy or talents?  What benefits have you received when you have met people like this? What difference has it made when you have been able to act in a similar way?
Jesus says that his teaching offers us a sure and solid foundation for life.  When we hear the words of Jesus and act on them we are wise because we will have built our house on rock.  Have you found the truth of this in your life?
Perhaps you have also learned wisdom from the contrary experience, ignoring the teaching of Jesus and learning from that mistake.  How have your mistakes in life taught you wisdom?

World Youth Day: The biggest gathering of young people in the one place anywhere in the world takes place in Madrid on 15th-22nd August. Join us and be part of this once-in-a-lifetime experience? Last number of places available. Sponsorship funding available. Contact Siobhain on 091-565066 for more information.
