SEEING YOUR LIFE THROUGH THE LENS OF THE GOSPELS
MATTHEW 21:28-32
The parable tells us behind the law lies God’s desire that all people be saved. Superficial observance or the semblance of dutiful obedience is not the key element. Perhaps you know some unconventional people, one who appear to ignore the ‘right’ way of doing things, and yet they have taught you something about what a truly good life is all about.
In another place Jesus says that our relationships should be marked by clear communication. Let your word be ‘Yes, Yes’ or ‘No, No’. What difference does it make to your relationships when you know you can rely on the word of another, and s/he can rely on yours?
