Stations of the Cross on Good Friday
Conal Kearney and his brave band of actors and actresses are making great progress and preparations for the out door Stations of the Cross on Good Friday. If you would like to get involved in acting preparing props etc you are most welcome to come along to the practice on Wednesday evenings 7.30pm in The Good Shepherd Parish Centre.

Martha and Mary were people of faith but Jesus led them to an even deeper faith. Who were the people who led you to a deeper faith in God? Remember them and give thanks.
Martha and Mary were struggling to come to terms with their bereavement. Who and what have helped you in similar situations?
Lazarus can be seen as a symbol of people and groups that are written off as dead (sometimes by themselves)., and yet through faith come back to life again. Have you had the experience of being revived by faith? How has faith helped to free you from what held you in bondage, or was destructive of your life?

We would like to thank everyone for their generous contribution to the Western Alzheimer's coffee morning in the Good Shepherd Parish Centre. A total of €415 was raised for this very worthy cause.

Couples planning their wedding should be aware that the pre-marriage courses recognised by the Galway Diocese are those provided by Accord in Newtownsmith and Esker Retreat House, Athenry.
