 New Evening Classes

New Evening Classes at ARD Family Resource Centre starting Friday October 12th

5pm - 6pm Children's Capoeira Class (Ages 11yrs - 16yrs) Capoeira is a strength building exercise combining Martial Art, Dance, Gymnastics & Dance

6.30pm - 7.30pm Adults (16 years +) Zumba Fitness class

7.30pm - 8.30pm Adults (16 years +) Salsa class

All classes are held at ARD Family Resource Centre, Doughiska.

Cost is €5 per class (4 weeks payable in advance)

Classes taught by accredited instructor Pedro who has been teaching in Galway and surrounding area for several years. Please contact us on 091 768852 to secure your place

Active retirement

You are welcome to visit us or become a member of the Doughiska, Roscam and Ardaun community active retirement group; there are various types of activities available to all members, activity such as Yoga, Social walk and table tennis.
