Project 2022 team.
We are re-engaging after the summer months with our plans for the winter. Conal has been doing fantastic work with the Theatre Group and we are now in the process of putting together a team of people to organise our Autumn festival, which will include the theatre production, dance, music, poetry and food.
Please can anyone interested in helping to organise this event come to a meeting next tues evening in the Clayton at 7.30pm. If you cannot make it, but are still interested email me so that I can send on details.
We need volunteers in the team for the following areas:
Music
Theatre and set design
Dance
Ticket selling
Marketing and promoting the event
Sponsorship
Food and refreshments
I am really excited about this opportunity. We also hope to get a celebrity to open the event and it will be filmed as part of our community documentary.
It is promised to be a fantastic community event, as well as an opportunity for people to show-case their talent and creativity.
